Improve formula writing experience

Formula writing experience should be improved. When you write a formula, you shouldn't need to delete the helper text in the formula (video 1).
Then sometimes when I'm trying write a formula the experience is very off (video 2). I clicked left arrow right after writing the formula to try to reference to cell to the left and it moved the cursor in the formula. Then I tried to reference the entire column and it exited out of the cell.
These little things make the formula writing experience really hard.
