Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Custom builtins are a useful way to expand OPA and rego definitions, they are currently well-embeded in the core package, however there is no way to define custom builtins when using the sdk.

It could be a useful addition.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add custom builtins a simple way while creating modules Config (and also from OAS maybe)
