Description

Issue 3 mentioned here: roocs/rooki#68 has error message 'There were no valid data points found in the requested subset.'. However, in other parts of the clisops the error message is 'There were no valid data points found in the requested subset. Please expand the area covered by the bounding box.'

Standardise this so that the user has a more useful error message.
