Add a way to display invoices in different currencies

As a Org Admin, today I can only specify invoices using one currency and accept payments in that currency.

Describe the solution you'd like

• We would like to allow a user/Org using a different currency like USD, to allow sending invoices in other currencies, like INR/EUR, etc.
• DO NOT try to build the currency conversion and accepting payments on these, we can have a check that we allow this only for invoices on which payments have been disabled
• All we want is to make invoices on the fly using different currencies to send to clients
• And that should also show up in our dashboards(using currency conversion in just display cases).
