[Feature Request] Ignore moderators mentioning each other

Users have expressed interest in excluding notifications for moderators mentioning other moderators. This seems like reasonable default behavior although I can envision scenarios where subreddits might still want to get notified. That could be addressed by adding a new app setting to toggle the behavior.
