Gibbs kernel in other frameworks?

Maybe not the best place to ask this, but do you by any chance have implemented these kernels (at least the input-dependent Gibbs one) in either GPflow or GPyTorch?

I do have this https://github.com/sremes/nssm-gp which implements spectral mixtures in GPflow (not sure if compatible with recent versions though).
