Can't pan the canvas using Apple Pencil

Description

With the Hands tool selected, I'm unable to pan the canvas when using an Apple Pencil. When I first press and drag, the canvas will sometimes pan a few pixels but it's not predictable.

Expected result

With the Hand tool selected, I'm able to pan the canvas when using an Apple Pencil.

Which browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Potentially an issue of using click rather than pointer events.
