Can you expose CutMatrix and MultiRegionCutMatrix for everyone to use

When I was analyzing, it involved the problem of displaying multiple groups, so I urgently needed to obtain the reads distribution on a certain interval. However, I found that the coverage depth of the interval cannot be derived from the CoveragePlot function. Nevertheless, the CoveragePlot function uses CutMatrix, which is very useful. I think it should be exposed for everyone to use, so that everyone can obtain the interval of interest and plot it themselves
