Clearly define what constitutes as "late" in the probationary status policy and related documents #455

As I'm not a WCA staff member, it's always possible that "late" is clearly defined in staff-only documents. Still, for the avoidance of doubt, I think it would be worth clearly defining in the probationary status policy what constitutes a "late" delegate report, dues payment, or results submission.

These things are clearly defined in existing policy. I would prefer not to duplicate requirements across multiple policies. For completeness:

  • For Dues, 3.1 clearly defines a late payment (Delegates, where applicable, also get multiple automated reminder emails about the payment date and being late on it)
  • For reports and results submission, Competition Requirements Policy 8.2.1 defines the 1 week requirement for the report, and 8.2.2 for results. Similarly Delegates (where applicable) get automated reminder emails about the report deadline.
