assets/ - Contains images and other stuff used around the site
css/ - Contains, well, CSS
includes/ - Stuff to be included in other pages, like the header / footer / navbar
pages/ - Pages for the site, with just content specific to that page
scripts/ - Various bits and pieces of javascript
site/ - Output from a makefile that builds the site; stuff in here shouldn't be edited directly
