FTR 1.0.0: First release of metrics and benchmarks

This release of the FTR vocabulary (corresponding to M6 in OSTrails) includes not only the representation of FAIR test results, but their association with metrics, quality dimensions and benchmarks. The vocabulary extends W3C PROV, W3C DCAT and W3C DQV, and is aligned with the Compliance Assessment Toolkit terminology.

FTR 0.0.1: basic fair test results representation

This release includes the very first version for representing FAIR test results, reusing PROV and schema.org metadata properties.
