Visual Studio Code setup considerations

This page provides guidance on how to setup the VSCode project on your DE. While these instructions cannot guarantee that it will work on every installation of VSCode, it is the one currently used by the main developers and has been tested thoroughly. Here, we cover two Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux.
