Specific nodes for FMCW-Lidar desirable

Either a complete new PerCollECT-Tree only for effects in FMCW-Lidar-Systems or including of FMCW-corresponding nodes (possibly highlighted) in the existing LidarLimbs-Tree.

Branch "42-specific-nodes-for-fmcw-lidar-desirable" being designed to serve this issue (designed by third party company and later corrected). Four topics to still solve in that branch:

• Missing "Tag"-Field within node description
• Nodes "Speckles" and "Scan Speed" pointing on "Incoupling efficiency" may be wrong, no obvious direct dependence. Therefore no literature-references added.
• Node "speckle-induced noise" has no parent, as there is no node for phase-related errors. It needs to be discussed, if the node "Time domain signal" is covering this.
• Nodes "Laser coherence", "Laser noise" and "Laser quality" need to be checked, as coherence would lead to noise and, thus, mutual dependencies could be formulated. Therefore no literature-references added.
