Ajout d'une couche pour aider au debug pour nous et potentiellement d'autres personnes.
Avec un drag n drop de fichier geojson, les données sont affichées avec un style par défaut, et des popups affichent toutes les propriétés.
Niveau nommage FileDragNDrop est correct, mais customGeojson un peu moins... sinon qqcv comme feature import layer ? Plus tard on pourra aussi importer des shapefile etc directement, il faudra juste importer des (grosses) libs.
