Fixed a Few UI / UX issues:

Now checks screen size to handle opening model automatically if the state buttons are large enough to not accidentally click the wrong state due to fat fingers
Converted rem CSS units to px for consistency across websites
Removed some of the initial delay in rendering the widget
Fixed Firefox and Internet Explorer Rendering issues
Removed Address from Elector Details
