This is a validator for multiple thing, such as:

1. Validate UIU student ID (ex: 011171236; there is no batch that is 174 of trimester system; uiu founded at 2003)
2. Validate UIU student Email (fsahriar171236bseee.uiu.ac.bd; it is valid email of EEE dept)
3. Validate UIU student ID fo CSE dept. (fsahriar171236bscse.uiu.ac.bd; it is valid email of CSE dept)
4. Validate a particular string condition
5. Validate Password using some particular requirements
