- Username - An optional field to improve human readability/identification,
- Scan Value - The (ideally unique) RFID card scan value,
- Device Limit - The number of devices the user can remove simultaneously,
- Can Remove Devices? - Whether the user is allowed to use their card to take out devices,
- Group - The user group to which the user belongs.
To see all users, click on the All Users button on the sidebar. From there you can click on the ID of a user to view them in more detail.
You can view a single user by either clicking on their ID from anywhere around the site, searching for the user by their ID, or navigating to /user/id if you know their ID. (Replace id with the user's ID).
On the user's page, you can see:
- Their information,
- The devices that are currently assigned to them (if any),
- The assignment history of the user.
To edit a user, click the Edit button below their information. You can edit all the user's data except their ID. Once you have updated the fields you want to change, click Update and you will be notified as to whether the update was successful.
