Context in comment. Chromium version shipped with alpine 3.20.0 and newer is broken.
At some point, 3.20.0 shipped a chromium version that wasn't broken, but due to how alpine releases work, that package is now unaccessible and we need to fall back to that of the last 3.19 branch.
