teams.mdto respect new teams functionality, and migrates existing teams documentation tolegacy-teams.md. Also removes/modelfrom OIDC config documentation; this should not affect functionality of the app, and is only to avoid needlessly directing all OIDC auth activity to the cost-analyzer pod.
