Add and rename board column in-place

This is a work-in-progress. As I won't be available in this and the coming week, I'm taking down some notes here for a quick restart, or for the reference of any interest in the dev progress and contributing.

Known problems

• Rename to or add options of a existing one would leave redundant field options.
• Width of the proposing column doesn't follows the board settings.
• Try to drag a card or an existing board column would stuck the dnd feature.

Design on column visablility

• Now, the columns with a predefined value as the header is considered to be permanent, while others temp fields. Temp fields would not shown if there's no matching note that contains this value.
• Newly added column will be added to options.
• Renaming columns won't change the temp/permanent status.
• May be we can provide a better visual hint, or allow direct conversion in the column setting.
