This adds support for obtaining position information from Sierra Wireless modems using SSH as the transport protocol for improved security. This requires the JSch library to implement SSH which is added as a dependency.
Note that there is a migrate script for the new protocol in IRIS that would need to be incorporated into the migrate script for whatever version this makes it into.
