Optimizations, bugfixes and tweaks.

- Fixed bug with Pyer's fog size. - Tweaked rotation of Scarlet Storm's ring. - Added volcanic activity to Volcus. Now there's actual lava! - Gave Alpinia and Scarlet Storm's rings the "sand" fluid type.
