How to test\

• Pull the branch\
• Run `pip install -r requirements.txt`\
• Open a terminal tab\
• Run the image `docker run --rm -p 8080:8070 elifesciences/sciencebeam-parser` and keep it running for the rest of the testing period\
• Go back to terminal(root folder)\
• Run `python -m osm.cli pdf-xml "example_pdf_inputs/test_sample.pdf" {a file id}`
