Added trigger monitoring
Added GUI for configuring trigger monitoring
Save a trigger list as "DefaultTriggers.txt" in your VNyan profile directory to have it loaded at startup

Known bug: Opening the UI will re-read DefaultTriggers.txt and re-initialise your monitored triggers
Workaround: Leave the UI open. This re-read is not an issue the first time it's opened as you'll be on those defaults anyway!
